Job Description: Business Development (Projects).

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive specializing in

pursuing, and securing new business opportunities for our projects division. This role requires a

strategic thinker with a proven track record in project-based business development within the

LED lighting industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and

emerging opportunities.
- Analyze project requirements and industry needs to tailor business development

strategies.
- Generate leads through targeted outreach, networking, and attending industry events.
- Reaching out to key stakeholders and partners i.e. architects, interior designers, builders,

existing and potential dealer in and around Hyderabad metropolitan region.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential project opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling project proposals, ensuring

alignment with client objectives.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal project teams, ensuring a smooth transition

from business development to project initiation.
- Provide ongoing support and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing or a related field (MBA

preferred).
- Proven experience in business development, specifically within the lighting industry

projects domain. (2 years minimum).
- Strong understanding of project management principles and processes.

Job Location: Changi Lighting Experience, Kokapet One terminal, Kokapet.

**Job Type**: Full time.
