**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Proven track record of exceeding targets as a Sales professional with > 2-5 years of experience in Sales.
- Must be able to able to analyze results and find pain points in order to and set up processes which would aid in constantly improving the sales process.
- Set up daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets for the sales team and diligently supervise and guide the sales team in hitting the said targets.
- Fluency in English and Hindi/Telugu, ability and willingness to deliver in a high pressure environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Minimum Qualification - Graduation.
- Working knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets), and PowerPoint.
- Immediate joiners are preferred. Must have 1 month or less notice period.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- BDM: 1 year (preferred)
