OverviewThe Non IT andIT Business Development Manager (BDM) in US Staffing plays acritical role in driving business growth and achieving salestargets by identifying and capitalizing on new businessopportunities within the staffing industry. This role is essentialfor establishing and maintaining client relationships understandingclient needs and effectively communicating those requirements tothe recruitment team. The BDM is responsible for leading the salesprocess negotiating and closing deals and ensuring customersatisfaction to foster longtermpartnerships.
Keyresponsibilities
  • Identify and pursuenew business opportunities within the US staffingindustry
  • Build and maintain strong longlastingcustomer relationships
  • Understand client needsand requirements and communicate them clearly to the recruitmentteam
  • Lead the sales process from leadgeneration to closure of deals
  • Negotiatecontracts and agreements with clients
  • Developand implement sales strategies to achieve salestargets
  • Stay updated on market trendscompetitors and industry developments
  • Ensurecustomer satisfaction and resolve any issues to maintain strongclient partnerships
  • Collaborate with internalteams to address customer needs
  • Provide regularreports and updates on sales activities andprogress
  • Participate in networking events andindustry conferences to expand businessopportunities
  • Conduct market research toidentify potential new markets and customerneeds
  • Stay informed about legislative andcompliance issues affecting the staffingindustry
  • Contribute to the development ofmarketing materials and salescollateral
  • Support the recruitment process byidentifying potential candidates for clientrequirements

Requiredqualifications
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or a relatedfield
  • Proven work experience as a BusinessDevelopment Manager in US Staffing
  • Demonstratedsuccess in achieving sales targets and driving revenuegrowth
  • Indepth knowledge of the US staffingindustry including non IT and IT sectors
  • Strongunderstanding of recruitment and staffingprocesses
  • Excellent communication andnegotiation skills
  • Ability to build andmaintain strong customer relationships
  • Proventrack record of converting prospects intoclients
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MSOffice suite
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpacedtargetdriven environment
  • Solid organizationaland timemanagement abilities
  • Understanding ofmarket research techniques andanalysis
  • Uptodate with industryrelated trendsand technologies
  • Experience in developing andimplementing sales strategies
  • Willingness totravel asneeded
