Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Business Development Manager (BDM) for our Furniture division. This full-time role is based in Hyderabad and requires a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in sales, product knowledge, and effective communication.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Sales (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in driving sales and achieving targets within the furniture industry.
  • Product Knowledge (Mandatory skill): Extensive knowledge of furniture products, materials, and market trends.
  • Communication (Mandatory skill): Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnership.
  • Market Research: Proficiency in conducting market research to identify new opportunities and stay competitive.
  • Business Development: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement business strategies to expand market presence.
  • Strategic Planning: Expertise in strategic planning to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients in the furniture market to expand the customer base.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the furniture industry.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare and present product proposals to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to close deals and secure favorable agreements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and provide insights to improve the company's market position.
