Job Description: Pre-Sales Executive

**Position**: Pre-Sales Executive (Preferred Female)

**Education**: Graduation/Master’s Degree
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the real estate sector
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Management**:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to Shikhar Spaces' real estate projects like ANANDVAN.
- Qualify leads through targeted communication and generate interest.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to nurture and convert leads into site visits.
- Address customer queries effectively and share accurate project details.
- **Coordination with Team**:
- Pass on qualified leads to the sales team with detailed insights for further engagement.
- Ensure seamless coordination between pre-sales and sales teams to maximize conversion rates.
- **Database Management**:
- Maintain an updated and organized database of customer leads.
- Use CRM tools to track leads and analyze performance metrics.
- **Support Marketing Campaigns**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry, particularly in sales processes and customer engagement.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
