**Responsibilities**
- Authenticate & evaluate the quality of leads from marketing campaigns ,website inquiries, & other sources.
- Record all client interactions and relevant information accurately in the CRM System to ensure proper follow -up & tracking.
- Assess & qualify leads based on their requirements & preferences for further engagement by the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow
- ups with potential clients to nurture leads & keep them engaged until they are ready to proceed to the next stage of the sales process.
- Gather & relay feedback from potential clients to the sales & marketing teams to improve strategies.
- Provide regular reports on lead status, communication outcomes, & insights to the sales Manager.
- Strong verbal & return communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM Software & Ms Excel.
- Excellent organizational & time management abilities.
- Proven experience as a Pre
- sales or tele sales or relevant role from any industry ( Insurance, banking, education, retail etc.)
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Dynamic ,Aggressive, result oriented.
- Strong attention to details.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
