We are looking for **Experienced (FEMALE)** to work as a **Pre Sales Executive - Facility Management** to work with Gravity would be a turning point and you would get a good acceleration towards your career growth. - Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets
- **Bringing new businesses development and manage existing accounts contracts and renewals.**:

- Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate clients needs.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Assisting the team whenever required
- Assist the teams as required to monitor all competitors.
- Ensure Sales process discipline for self
- Ensure timely submission of all MIS reports
- Generating leads and prospects
- Ensure all client agreements are signed before contract start-up date and handed over to planning & costing.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

**Qualification**:
MBA (With 80% marks)

**Schedule**:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Incentive pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sector 96 Noida, Noida - 201303, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
