Position Overview:

Insights Opinion is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. This role requires a professional with strong organizational and communication skills to manage and streamline pre-sales processes, ensuring alignment between the sales, operations, and client needs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and focused on driving proposal success rates and fostering client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Development & Management:
  2. Create compelling and customized presentations, case studies, and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  3. Maintain a comprehensive library of reusable content for efficiency in future proposal generation.
  4. Tracking & Analytics:
  5. Manage and update the RFQ (Request for Quotation) tracker to monitor proposal submission progress and outcomes.
  6. Analyze proposal outcomes to improve the RFP submission-to-win ratio and generate actionable insights for the team.
  7. Cross-Team Coordination:
  8. Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to incorporate project outcomes, learnings, and feedback into future proposals.
  9. Ensure timely updates and alignment across departments for seamless project execution and client delivery.
  10. Client Engagement:
  11. Proactively follow up with clients on submitted proposals, address queries, and gather feedback to build strong client relationships.
  12. Act as a liaison to ensure that client needs are understood and met effectively.
  13. Process Optimization:
  14. Identify areas for improvement in pre-sales processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and success rates.
  15. Maintain organized documentation for all proposals, case studies, and related correspondence.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in pre-sales, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and proposal management software is a plus.
