ob Summary:
Presales is about managing leads from various sources and generating potential customers to various project sales teams. This position would be responsible to lead a team of pre-sales outsourced and in-house tele-calling associates to generate quality walk-ins across various projects.

- Attention to Detail

**Responsibilities**:

- Improving lead management processes, TATs and device policies for enabling maximum lead conversion
- Understanding the various projects to be able to provide clear explanations to the clients and team members
- Monitoring quality of various activities/processes followed at the in-house as well as the outsourced centers
- Liaising with the outsourced service provider in all forms as desired by the business unit
- Generating higher walk-ins from all types of leads
- Cross-using leads for various projects
- Setting up processes and systems to effectively originate and service the leads

Pay: ₹8,922.24 - ₹38,880.45 per month

Shift:
