Follow with shipper and internal team for documents status and their payment status.
- Follow for OMBL / telex status.
- Follow for debit note from account team and billing instruction from sales persons.
- Sent pre-alert document to agent / billing instruction / work of scope.
- Follow with agent about shipment status till release (free hand).
- Follow with agent the status of payment collecting from consignee for (free hand shipments).
- Update the release status to sales person of his shipments.
- Preparing manifest of BML console shipments.
- Taking draft document confirmation from agent.
- Follow with co-loader /carrier if there are any issue in any shipment regarding release pending.
- Ask to account team for book the overseas invoice after checking with sales persons.
- Make sure to update everything ok with agent all free hand shipment for releasing before vessel arriving
- Make sure to update complete details to overseas along with document and invoices for every shipment on time (before vessel arriving)
- Update the work sheet.
