The Pre-Sales Executive plays a critical role in supporting the sales team by providing technical and product expertise during the sales process. This position involves engaging with prospective clients to understand their needs, demonstrating the value of our products or services, and contributing to the overall sales strategy. The Pre-Sales Executive works closely with both the sales and technical teams to ensure that solutions are tailored to client requirements and are positioned effectively to close deals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Needs Analysis**:

- Engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and define the scope of solutions.
- **Solution Presentation**:

- Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions to potential clients, showcasing how our solutions address their specific needs.
- Develop customized presentations and proposals, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- **Product Expertise**:

- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, services, and solutions to effectively communicate their benefits and competitive advantages.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product updates, and emerging technologies.
- **Technical Support for Sales Team**:

- Support the sales team with technical guidance and expertise during client meetings, and proposal creation.
- Assist in creating detailed and compelling technical documentation and presentations.
- **Solution Design & Proposal Development**:

- Work with the technical team to design and propose tailored solutions that meet the client’s business and technical requirements.
- Contribute to the creation of accurate and competitive pricing models.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, helping to position the company as a trusted partner.
- Address client queries and provide timely follow-up, ensuring a positive experience during the sales cycle.
- **Collaboration with Sales & Technical Teams**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to align on customer needs, ensuring that the right solutions are proposed.
- Work with technical teams to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales phases.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Analyze competitor offerings and industry trends to support the development of effective sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to the product team based on customer insights and market demand.
- **Reporting**:

- Track and report on pre-sales activities, opportunities, and results.
- Assist in forecasting and pipeline management to ensure sales targets are met.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 years of experience in a pre-sales,
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to understand and address customer pain points.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to collaborate effectively with both sales and technical teams, as well as work independently when needed.
- **Customer Focus**: A client-oriented approach, with a focus on building strong, long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
