Telecaller for Event Management Business
We are seeking a diligent and driven Telecaller to join our event management business. This vital role involves making outbound calls to prospects, generatingleads for our events, and meticulously scheduling meetings for oursales team to present our pitch or explore business opportunities. Additionally, this role encompasses the building and maintaining of a comprehensive leads list, managing data updates, and overseeing the meeting calendar to ensure optimal organization and efficiency.
**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**:Proactively make outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads for our events and business opportunities**.**
**Data Management**:Build and meticulously maintain a leads list, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurately reflects potential business opportunities.
**Appointment Scheduling**:Efficiently manage the meeting calendar, scheduling appointments for the sales team with potential clients, and adjusting as necessary to accommodate all parties.
**Client Engagement**:Engage with prospects through calls, understanding their needs and interests to tailor the conversation towards our event management solutions.
**Collaboration and Reporting**:Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation strategies and report on call outcomes, lead generation success, and scheduling efficiency.
**Tasks & Activities**:
- Develop and maintain a persuasive call script that effectively communicates our value proposition.
- Utilize CRM and other database software to manage leads, track call outcomes, and schedule appointments.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of calling strategies and lead conversion rates to management.
- Adapt communication and sales tactics based on prospect feedback and industry trends.
**Skills**:
- Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively convey our event management offerings.
- Organizational Excellence: Exceptional organizational skills to manage the leads list, data updates, and meeting schedules efficiently.
- Persistence and Resilience: The resilience to handle rejection and the persistence to follow up with leads consistently.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, understand trends, and report on lead generation and conversion metrics.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (or similar) to manage data and schedule appointments effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and other departments to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
