Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and resultorientedOutbound Sales Executive to join ourteam in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible formaking outbound calls to our customers explaining ourcourses/events and driving enrollments. This is a targetdriven rolethat offers additional commissions for successfulenrollments.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Makeoutbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote ourcourses/events.
- Clearly explain the benefitsand features of our offerings tocustomers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets bysecuring enrollments.
- Maintain accurate recordsof customer interactions and sales.
- Provideexceptional customer service and follow up oninquiries.
- Collaborate with the team to developstrategies for increasing enrollments.
Requirements:
- 35 years of experience in outbound sales or asimilar role.
- Fluent in Telugu andEnglish.
- Strong communication and persuasiveskills.
- Ability to work in a targetdrivenenvironment and meet deadlines.
- Immediatejoiners are preferred.
