Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and resultorientedOutbound Sales Executive to join ourteam in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible formaking outbound calls to our customers explaining ourcourses/events and driving enrollments. This is a targetdriven rolethat offers additional commissions for successfulenrollments.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Makeoutbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote ourcourses/events.
  • Clearly explain the benefitsand features of our offerings tocustomers.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets bysecuring enrollments.
  • Maintain accurate recordsof customer interactions and sales.
  • Provideexceptional customer service and follow up oninquiries.
  • Collaborate with the team to developstrategies for increasing enrollments.

Requirements:

  • 35 years of experience in outbound sales or asimilar role.
  • Fluent in Telugu andEnglish.
  • Strong communication and persuasiveskills.
  • Ability to work in a targetdrivenenvironment and meet deadlines.
  • Immediatejoiners are preferred.
