Outbound Sales Representative Job Duties

Outbound sales representatives typically have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

- Calling on prospective clients to identify potential opportunities for increased sales, provide product demonstrations, or answer questions about products or services
- Developing and maintaining relationships with current clients in order to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
- Meeting with potential clients to determine their needs, interests, and buying patterns
- Presenting products or services to prospective clients in order to sell products or services
- Preparing quotes and other documents related to sales activities
- Establishing and maintaining contact with existing clients to keep them informed about new products or services from the company and identify sales opportunities
- Promoting products or services to potential clients through sales presentations and demonstrations as well as one-on-one meetings with clients to discuss specific needs or concerns
- Identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with potential clients through phone calls and meetings
- Reviewing contract proposals and making recommendations regarding acceptance or rejection of proposals

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹37,644.92 per month
