**What you will do**:_
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and update customer information in the company database.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals for calls made, leads generated, and conversion.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve performance and achieve company

objectives.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- **What are we looking for**:_
- 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer objections.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience using a customer database.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
