**Job Profile**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and schedule meeting with the respective teams.
- Present and explain the benefits of the company’s products or services to prospects.
- Handle objections and provide solution.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and increase conversion rates.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or a similar role.
- Working in International Call Centre is always a plus.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
