Senior Executive - Conversations
Senior Executive - Conversations will be responsible to make outbound calls & communicate details of products/services, virtual sessions, conferences & roadshows.
Role & Responsibilities - Responsible for making outbound calls for virtual sessions/conferences/roadshows - Collection and profiling of data
- Reaching out to customers and explaining them the benefits of products/attending sessions/events
- Prospecting/generating leads and scheduling meetings
- Adhering to quality standards
- Achieving targets set for activities assigned
- Describe products and services verbally and clearly to customers
- Data capturing & maintenance of customer/potential customer databases as per set guidelines
- Generate & publish report of the outbound calls for assigned activities Desired skills,
experience & qualification:
- Graduate in any stream
- 5 to 7 years of experience in outbound calling, inside sales/lead generation.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, persistent and patient professional with excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills (Both Written & Verbal)
- Self-starter with a high energy level & Self Motivated.
- Dynamic presenter with the ability to sell products/services
- Excellent proficiency in MS - Office (Excel/Word/Power Point) - Mandatory
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
