Shift Timings: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (shift assignment may vary)
Working Days: 6 (Rotational week-off)
*Location: Bommasandra, Bangalore*
Budget: ₹4 LPA (₹3 LPA fixed + ₹1 LPA variable)
*Roles and Responsibilities:*
Outbound Calls: Engage with customers to gather feedback on our services.
Customer Segmentation: Identify and categorize interested and non-interested customers.
Lead Generation: Produce high-quality leads as per sales protocols.
Inbound Calls: Address client concerns with patience and enthusiasm.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,091.56 per month
