**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets. Targets will be on gross profits.
- Execute outbound sales strategies to generate leads and drive customer acquisition for company's communication solutions.
- Understand client needs and effectively communicate how company's SaaS and CPaaSNsolutions can solve their business challenges.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by following up on leads, managing prospects, and driving sales closures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the Salesforce CRM.

**Must-Have Skills**:

- **2-3 years** of outbound sales experience with an enterprise organisation in a **B2B SaaS background**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence decision-makers.
- Must be fluent in professional working languages Hindi and English. Knowledge of other languages would be a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the Indian market and business landscape.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
