Insider Sales - Outbound Calling Agent - Confidential (On-roll) | Whitefield, Bangalore
Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru
Experience: 1 3 Years (Outbound Calling / Tele Sales)
CTC: 22,000 – 27,000 (Net Take Home)
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma (Valid Proof Required)
Age Limit: Up to 30 Years
Work Days: 6 Days (1 Rotational Off)
Work Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
A leading NBFC (Confidential) is hiring Outbound Calling Agents (On-roll) for its financial services division in Whitefield, Bengaluru.
The role focuses on B2C tele sales — promoting loans and financial products, handling customer interactions, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote financial products.
- Generate leads, explain product features, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain customer information and update CRM records with call outcomes.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when needed.
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 1–3 years in telecalling / telesales / outbound sales (mandatory).
- Industry Preference: NBFC / Banking / BPO (Outbound Process).
- Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi (regional language a plus).
- Products Exposure: Personal Loan, Business Loan, Loan Against Property/Shares, Credit Card, Insurance, Education Loan.
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate / 3-Year Diploma.
- Note: Leave not permitted during the first 6 months.
