About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Outbound Sales Executive with prior experience in SaaS sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, engaging potential clients, and nurturing them through the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to identify and qualify potential leads.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and relationship management.
  • Present and demonstrate SaaS solutions to prospective customers, highlighting business value and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine lead generation strategies and messaging.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Proven ability to handle objections and close deals.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
