**Job Title: Business Development Executive (Female)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**:

- Conduct 100 to 150 outbound calls daily to architects, builders, interior designers, and carpenters.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients.
- **Promote Products**:

- Present Konverto’s space-saving furniture and mechanisms to potential clients.
- Demonstrate product benefits and customization options to architects and interior contractors.
- **Networking**:

- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the Konverto brand and products.
- Engage with modular factories, furniture stores, corporates, and hardware stores to create partnerships.
- **Job Work Opportunities**:

- Identify and pursue job work projects that can be routed to our factory.
- Collaborate with interior contractors and design studios to support their project needs.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
- Collect feedback from clients to improve our offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Knowledge of space-saving furniture and interior design trends is a plus.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for design and innovation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
