- Greeting customers, answering questions, and providing a high-quality customer experience
- Understanding products and services, and being able to explain their features and benefits to customers
- Leading the sales process from start to finish, including processing sales transactions
- Monitoring inventory levels, restocking shelves, and ordering products
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets by achieving individual sales goals
- Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to improve products
- Keeping up with industry trends and competitor products
- Collaborating on sales strategies to attract and retain customers
- Continuously developing sales technique
Experience & education:
- Degree/diploma
- 2-3 years of experience in retail industry, preferably with luxury brand
- Good communication skills
- Pleasing personality
