We are looking for an enthusiastic; self-motivated and dedicated high-performing Outbound Tele-Sales Executive who can do cold calling to generate Leads.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for acquiring new customers through outbound reach, cold calling, international market research;
- Responsible for driving a lead through a complete sales funnel including rapport building, requirement understanding, proposal creating with the help of technical evaluation;
- Identify new opportunities and reach out to customer leads by making cold calling using a given phone directory to generate qualified prospects who are willing to migrate abroad countries
- Responsible for prospecting, lead generation, and fixing meetings with prospects for the Sales team in our company.
- Present, promote and sell our services using solid convincing skills to our prospective customers by providing relevant information about product’s features along with their benefits.
- Achieve mutually agreed targets of lead qualification every month to accomplish an attractive monthly incentive package.
- Listen to the clients’ needs and act on them in real time
**Preferred Skills and Experience**:
- Minimum 2 years Tele sales experience
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Sales oriented and target driven attitude and should have ability to work with targets;
- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers;
- Must be motivated, energetic and able to work as a part of a team;
- Must have strong communication and be able to work to tight deadlines even when under pressure;
