**Job Title: Telesales Executive**

**Department: Sales & Business Development**

**Location: Lalbagh Road, Bengaluru**

**Reports To: Sales Manager / Inside Sales Lead**

**Job Summary**:
The Telesales Executive is responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients over the phone to promote and sell the company’s IT hardware products, including desktops, laptops, printers, and accessories. This role involves generating leads, handling inbound and outbound sales calls, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and relationship building.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or cold leads
- Promote and sell IT hardware products and solutions over the phone
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Follow up on inquiries, leads, and previous calls to close sales
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in CRM
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with field sales or logistics teams for order processing and support
- Handle basic customer queries and direct complex ones to relevant teams
- Provide after-sales support when needed to build customer loyalty

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills
- Good understanding of IT hardware products and their features
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and energetic personality
- Basic computer knowledge; experience with MS Office & CRM software

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business, IT, or Marketing)
- 1-2 years of telesales or inside sales experience (preferably in IT products or electronics)
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
- Fluency in English and regional/local languages is a plus

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
