Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Indiranagar

Summary:
Seeking a proactive Telesales Executive to drive sales for Spotturn entertainment by promoting and selling dance classes over the phone. Responsibilities include lead generation, conversion, and meeting sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to promote dance classes and packages.

2. Persuasively engage leads and address inquiries.

3. Maintain knowledge of classes, schedules, and promotions.

4. Utilize CRM software to manage leads and sales activities.

5. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.

6. Collaborate with marketing for effective sales strategies.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven telesales experience, preferably in education or fitness.

2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

3. Strong self-motivation and goal orientation.

5. High school diploma or equivalent.
