*Salary:* ₹18,000 take-home + PF + Incentives
*Job Overview:*
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
- Explain the features and benefits of the products/services to potential customers.
- Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Follow up with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve overall company goals.
*Requirements:*
- Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales or a similar role.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and customer management.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
