Telesales Executive

Providing the customer with information about a company's products or services in order to create interest in the brand
- Pre-qualifying prospects to make the work of sales easier
- Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
- Generating repeat business by promoting new offers to customers.
- Meet weekly/monthly sales Goals by developing a marketing strategy as a telesales executive
- Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers by honing the telesales executive skills such as listening, empathy and problem-solving
- Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products
**Required skills and qualifications**
- Prior experience working as a telesales executive or in a similar role
- Fluency in English
- Adept knowledge of working with Google sheet
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
**Preferred skills and qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or a similar discipline
- Proven record of meeting sales targets
- Outstanding negotiation and time management skills
- Preferred any 2 languages : English & Hindi, Bengali, Odia, Gujarati, Assamese, Punjabi, Marathi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu
Pay: Up to ₹34,856.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
