
Outbound Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
1. Direct Customer Engagement:
- Call customers/leads to understand conversion likelihood and reasons for not
converting.
- Interact with customers via WhatsApp through the CRM platform.
2. Customer Relationship Building:
to understand their requirements.
- Provide information about the company's products or services, addressing customer
inquiries and concerns.
3. Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of the products to potential
customers.
4. Sales Pitch Customization:
- Customize sales presentations to address the unique needs of each customer.
5. Closing Deals:
- Use persuasive and negotiation skills to close sales deals.
- Overcome objections and address concerns to secure customer commitment.
6. CRM Management:
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) system.
- Track leads, opportunities, and sales activities to measure performance.
7. Achieving Targets:
- Work towards achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Regularly report progress to sales leadership.
8. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other teams, such as the care team and clinic team, to ensure a
seamless customer experience.
9. Continuous Learning and Adaptability:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and sales techniques.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
- Adapt to fast changes in products, processes, or sales conditions.
10. Feedback and Improvement:
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Sales: 4 years (preferred)
- Inside sales: 4 years (preferred)
- Outbound sales: 4 years (preferred)
- CRM software: 4 years (preferred)
