**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Coordination**:

- Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements in a timely manner.
- Assist in budgeting and financial reporting.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Oversee general office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with various departments to support overall clinic operations.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Serve as a liaison between administrative and financial departments.
- Communicate with vendors, patients, and internal staff professionally.
- Collaborate with the leadership team on special projects as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
