Human Resources Support: Assisting with human resources functions such as recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.

Office Management: Managing day-to-day operations of the office

Project Coordination: Coordinating projects by managing timelines, communicating with individual staffs and ensuring deadlines are met.

Records Management: Maintaining and organizing project files, client information, and other important documents.

Helping Financial Management: Assisting with financial record-keeping, including billing and invoicing clients, tracking expenses, and managing budgets.

Procurement: Sourcing and purchasing materials and supplies necessary for projects, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring inventory is adequately stocked.

Event Planning: Coordinating events and meetings, including booking venues, arranging travel and accommodations, and managing logistics.

Marketing Support: Providing administrative support for marketing activities, including managing social media accounts, coordinating photo shoots, and maintaining the company website.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
