**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception Duties**:Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages and forwarding calls when necessary.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages.

**Administrative Support**:Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, document preparation, and maintaining office supplies.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
Assist in organizing company events and gatherings.
Manage and coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees.

**Communication**:Act as a liaison between clients, employees, and management.
Maintain and update contact lists and directories.

**Office Management**:Ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the office.
Coordinate with maintenance and service providers as needed.
Assist in maintaining office security and access control.

**Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, deliveries, and appointments.
Assist in maintaining digital and physical files and records.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrator, or in a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

**Additional Information**:

- This role may require occasional flexibility in working hours to accommodate meetings or events.
- Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
