We are seeking a dedicated and professional Female Receptionist to join our team at Angroos Gifts Boutique. As the first point of contact for our esteemed customers, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional service and hospitality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate personnel, and take messages when necessary.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate appointments and manage schedules for executives and clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Receptionist or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
