**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Managing overall Front Office / Administration activities for the office.
- Attending incoming and outgoing calls and transfer calls to respective departments.
- Maintaining registers for stationary, courier, visitor, housekeeping etc.
- Preparing and maintaining reports/trackers of vendors, office expenses, meeting booking etc.
- Maintaining the attendance of employees and share with Head office in month end.
- Petty cash management of office and update the same in excel and register.
- Maintaining office assets and also ensure that all the assets are in good working conditions with regular maintenance.
- Bachelors degree in any stream.
- Good communication skill is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,195.48 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
