**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify patient information and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Coordinate with medical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining a tidy reception area
- Uphold confidentiality and comply with all healthcare regulations

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in using office software and phone systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
