Kochi, India Intertoons Internet Services Pvt.Ltd. Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining and updating customer records in our CRM
- Preparing & sending Proposals and its follow ups
- Coordinating with our technical team to fulfill client needs
- Handling general administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing office supplies

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
