**Job Title: Accounts Assistant / Office Admin**

**Accounts Management**:

- **Assist in billing, maintaining financial records and documentation.**:

- **Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations.**:

- **Prepare financial reports, Quotations and summaries as needed.**

**Stock Keeping**:

- **Monitor, order and maintain stock levels.**:

- **Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for stock replenishments.**:

- **Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate records.**

**Office Administration**:

- **Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.**:

- **Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.**:

- **Order office supplies and ensure inventory levels are sufficient.**:

- **Handle basic HR-related tasks such as maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding processes.**

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- **Utilize MS Excel to create and analyze data reports.**:

- **Prepare presentations and graphs for financial and operational data.**:

- **Assist in identifying trends and making recommendations based on data analysis.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).**:

- **Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.**:

- **Familiarity with stock keeping and inventory management concepts.**:

- **Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.**:

- **Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.**:

- **Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.**:

- **Valid 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler driving license. Must have own 2 wheeler**

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 2 years (required)
