**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Management**:

- Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Generate financial reports for management review.
- **Tax Compliance**:

- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Assist in tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
- **Payroll Administration**:

- Process payroll accurately and on time.
- Calculate and deduct appropriate taxes and deductions.
- Handle payroll inquiries and discrepancies.
- **Office Administration**:

- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing schedules, supplies, and equipment.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office filing systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist in HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, typing, and correspondence.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Liaise with external stakeholders including clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and office administration roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.

**Working Conditions**:
This position is primarily office-based, with occasional flexibility for remote work. Standard office hours apply, with occasional overtime during peak periods.

Pay: ₹14,123.52 - ₹20,062.41 per month
