Position: Customer Service Manager
**Job Description**:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in the dynamic world of online snack services? We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team and become an integral part of our growing online snack business.

2. **Proficiency in Shopify**: Demonstrate proficiency in the Shopify platform to manage customer orders, resolve technical issues, and optimize the online shopping experience for our customers.
3. **Empathetic Approach**: Display empathy and understanding towards customers' problems and inquiries. Put yourself in the customer's shoes to provide personalized support and build long-lasting relationships.
4. **Cross-Selling Skills**: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell snack products to customers based on their preferences and purchase history. Enhance sales revenue while providing value-added recommendations to customers.
5. **Excel Mastery**: Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze customer data, track performance metrics, and generate reports for management review. Excel proficiency is essential for effective decision-making and process improvement.
6. **Assist Backend Operations**: Collaborate with the backend operations team to streamline processes, optimize inventory management, and ensure seamless order fulfillment. Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the company's operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles, preferably in the e-commerce or snack industry.
- Proficiency in Shopify platform with hands-on experience in order management and customer support functionalities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathize with customers.
- Proven track record of successful cross-selling and upselling techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and backend operations challenges effectively.
