Asa Customer Delight Executive at Winvesta you will start with a3month internship providing you the chance to develop skills andgain valuable experience in customer support across variousproducts. Responsibilities:
  1. Engagewith customers through phone calls chat and email to provideexcellent support and assistance.
  2. Handlecustomer escalations efficiently and effectively ensuring timelyresolutions and customer satisfaction.
  3. Respondto customer inquiries promptly and professionally providingaccurate and helpful information about our products andservices.
  4. Proactively identify opportunities toenhance customer success and provide solutions that meet theirneeds.
  5. Maintain a high level of productknowledge to effectively address customer questions andconcerns.
  6. Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customerexperience.
  7. Maintain accurate and uptodatecustomer records using our CRM system.
  8. Assistin preparing customer training materials and conduct trainingsessions for new customers asnecessary.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing or a relatedfield.
  2. Excellent communication skills bothwritten and verbal with the ability to communicate clearly andeffectively across various channels.
  3. Strongproblemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to handleescalations and find appropriateresolutions.
  4. Ability to work independently andmanage multiple priorities in a fastpacedenvironment.
  5. Detailoriented with excellentorganizational and time managementskills.
  6. Demonstrated ability to build strongrelationships with customers and internalstakeholders.
  7. A positive and customercentricattitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customerservice.
