International Customer Support

Utilize direct telephone communication with clients to explain goods and/or services in an effort to convince both present and prospective clients to buy new goods and/or services.
- Inform clients about available products and services to enhance their "online presence," responds to inquiries from clients, and strengthens client relationships.
- Follows up with customer via telephone.
- Identifies consumer problems, offers suitable answers through upselling of more goods or services, obtains the customer's commitment, and expedites product delivery.
- Maintains accurate daily record in tracker.
**Requirements**:
- 0-1 work experience in Customer Service.
- Strong customer service and tele calling skills.
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)** is a must.
- Problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Ready to work in day/night shifts (Rotational)
**Salary**: From ₹16,000.00 per month
