**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring smooth coordination and execution of wedding and event planning activities.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends, industry innovations, and competitors' strategies and tactics.
- Connect and maintain relationships with vendors, including venues, caterers, decorators, florists, photographers, and other service providers, to ensure seamless collaboration and successful event execution.
- Assist in the development and implementation of creative ideas and themes for weddings and events, ensuring a unique and memorable experience for clients.
- Collaborate with the team to create detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and logístical arrangements.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, understanding their requirements, preferences, and vision for the event, and providing appropriate guidance and recommendations.
- Assist in managing and coordinating all aspects of the event, including venue setup, decoration, guest coordination, vendor management, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all event-related activities, including contracts, agreements, invoices, and client communications.
- Continuously learn and develop industry knowledge, keeping up with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the wedding and event industry.
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing insights, ideas, and expertise, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target demographics in the wedding and event industry.
- Implement effective lead generation strategies, such as attending industry events, networking, and utilizing online platforms, to generate qualified leads for the business.

- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and client needs.
- Prior experience in the wedding and event industry is preferred but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
