- Field Engineer at Jamshedpur, Operational role, responsible for day-to-day network operations to maintain the Network Uptime.

**Purpose - Broad objective of the role**

Location
- Jamshedpur.

Site Survey and Report creation.

Kerlink IOT Gateway Installation and Troubleshooting.

Fault resolution on field for LoRa gateway.

Replacement of faulty LoRa gateways/ Field operation at Jamshedpur.

Preventive maintenance/ Network Optimisation activities in field.

Site relocation/ De-installation activities.

Material Management with documentation.

Jamshedpur Tata Steel Process Management.

Testing & Acceptance of Spares.

Adhere Customer Compliances.

**Minimum qualification & experience**

Qualification:
Graduation in Engineering. (Electrical, Electronics)

**Experience**:
1-2 years Field work experience.

Work on Kerlink Gateways is advantageous.

Basic Knowledge of Device hardware, Software, Firmware.

Basic knowledge of M2M Network.

**Other knowledge/skills**

Good Communication Skill.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintaining, administering network Uptime.
- Assisting with and implementing installations as required
- Maintain daily site activities and routines.
- Ensure SLA are achieved and work proactively to maintain the same.

**Technical Competencies**

Basic M2M Network Knowledge.
