Office Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated Finance and Administrative Manager to oversee our financial operations and administrative tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Financial Management**:Monitor and manage fee collection, invoicing, and payment processing. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date student, parent, staff and financial records and reports.
- **Administrative Tasks**:Oversee the administrative operations of the preschool, including procurement, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
- **Communication**:Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and external stakeholders regarding financial and administrative matters.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
