Office Administrator

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Answer and redirect phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring that basic supplies are always available.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and team building activities.
- Manage and update company databases and filing systems.
- Prepare and submit expense reports and office budgeting as needed.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
- Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and maintaining internal staff contact lists and organizational charts.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in a relevant administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
