**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Billing & Invoicing**:

- Generate and send invoices to clients/customers on a timely basis.
- Ensure all billing details are accurate and follow company protocols.
- Maintain an organized record of invoices and payments

**Payment Follow-up**:

- Track outstanding payments and proactively follow up with clients.
- Communicate with clients to address any billing issues or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the finance team to reconcile payments received and pending.

**Office Administration**:

- Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support.
- Coordinate office maintenance and supplies, ensuring a smooth workflow.

**Record Keeping & Reporting**:

- Maintain organized records of billing, payments, and follow-ups.
- Prepare periodic reports on outstanding invoices and payment status.
- Assist in generating monthly financial and administrative reports.

**Qualifications**
- 1 - 2 years experience in office administration, billing, or accounts payable/receivable.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and billing software (preferred).
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Education**

Any Graduate OR Post Graduate OR Equivalent

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
