**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance and Monitoring the work completion including Housekeeping.
- Keep stock of office supplies ( Stationary and House Keeping) and place orders when necessary.
- Cafeteria Management.

**Travel Planning : Ticket Booking, taxi Booking and Hotel Booking Domestic travels.**
- Support bookkeeping procedures
- Visitor Management.
- Meeting Room Management.
- Supporting HR.
- Tracking attendance management.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Proven experience as an **office administrator**, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
- Co-ordinational skills.

**Education and Experience**
- Experience of 4-5 years in this area.
- Education : Any Degree.
- Work From Office Role. 9AM to 6PM.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
