As a

B2B Enterprise Sales Executive

, you will lead the charge in selling AuthBridge's comprehensive

Workforce Solutions

to large enterprises. From prospecting to closing deals, you'll manage the full sales cycle and focus on selling our employee screening solutions to HR, compliance, and security leaders in big organizations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven sales professional looking to make an impact in a rapidly growing company

Key Responsibilities
Prospect & Build Pipeline:

Identify and target enterprise-level clients who would benefit from our workforce solutions, focusing on employee screening services.
Consultative Sales Approach:

Understand client challenges and tailor presentations to highlight the value of our comprehensive solutions, including

employee screening

,

white-collar & blue-collar verification

,

leadership verification

,

moonlighting & gig worker checks

, and

drug testing & health checks

.
End-to-End Sales Management:

Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and generating leads to setting up meetings, negotiations, and closing.
Relationship Building:

Develop and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
Solution Selling:

Work with prospective clients to understand their workforce needs and position AuthBridge's workforce solutions as the best-fit, end-to-end solution.
Achieve Sales Targets:

Meet and exceed sales quotas by acquiring new business and growing existing client relationships.
Collaborate with Internal Teams:

Partner with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact through implementation.

Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of

B2B Enterprise Sales

experience, ideally in HR tech, compliance, SaaS, or workforce solutions.
Proven track record in selling

enterprise-level solutions

with a consultative, solution-selling approach.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset, able to manage complex sales processes independently.
Familiarity with CRM tools and experience managing a robust sales pipeline.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
