Job Type: Full-Time
Job Location: Across Tamil Nadu preferably Trichy/ Krishnagiri/ Coimbatore/ Madhurai (Candidate from any of these locations)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a competitive and motivated B2B Sales Executive to drive sustainable business growth by identifying new opportunities and building long-term relationships with corporate clients. As part of our dynamic sales team, your main goal will be to expand our market presence and exceed company expectations through exceptional sales performance and client management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential B2B sales opportunities and assess client needs.
- Actively prospect for new clients via cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
- Schedule meetings with prospective corporate clients to understand their business needs and present tailored solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations to demonstrate RERA Consultants LLP's services and capabilities.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and financial metrics.
- Ensure product and service demonstrations are well-prepared and aligned with client expectations.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Negotiate contracts, address client concerns, and close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Proven experience as a B2B Sales Executive or a similar sales role.
- Strong proficiency in English and MS Office applications.
- Solid understanding of marketing strategies and effective negotiation techniques.
- Ability to quickly learn and master complex products and services.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
