Enterprise Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Representative to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential enterprise clients through market research, networking, and other lead-generation activities.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Client Engagement:
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, HR leaders, and L&D professionals, to understand their organizational challenges and training needs.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.
- Solution Selling:
- Articulate the benefits of our courses and programs in addressing the specific needs of enterprise clients.
- Work closely with the product and marketing teams to tailor solutions to meet client requirements.
- Negotiation And Closing:
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients.
- Drive the sales process from initial contact through contract execution and closure.
- Account Management:
- Ensure customer satisfaction and act as the main point of contact for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, preferably in the ed-tech or training industry.
- Strong understanding of the engineering education landscape is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
